Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan Granted Bail After Arraignment for Alleged Cybercrime

Kogi Central Senator, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan was, on Monday, Mine 30, 2025,, arraigned before the Federal High Court in Abuja on a six-count charge bordering on alleged cybercrime against Senate President Godswill Akpabio and former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello. The charges, filed by the Office of the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF), accuse the presently suspended Senator of making false and damaging claims during a public address and a televised interview — including an allegation that Akpabio instructed Bello to have her assassinated in Kogi State. The case, marked FHC/ABJ/CR/195/2025, followed a petition by Akpabio to the Inspector General of Police. After an investigation, the AGF’s office filed charges under the Cybercrime Act, alleging that Senator Natasha transmitted harmful information electronically with the intent to incite, endanger lives, and disrupt public order. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, with a week-long golf tournament marking his 62nd birthday. Nigeria’s crude oil production has rebounded to over 1.7 million barrels per day (bpd), thanks in large part to the strategic operations of TANTITA Security Services Nigeria Limited, a private firm led by High Chief Dr. Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo. The Executive Director of Operations and Technical for the company, Captain Warredi Enisuoh, made this revelation on Friday, June 27, 2025, in Warri during the commissioning of the newly built and furnished permanent secretariat of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Warri Correspondents’ Chapel. In the spirit of genuine reconciliation and friendship, Governor Siminalayi Fubara  on Saturday, June 28, 2025 joined the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Chief Nyesom Ezenwo Wike at the funeral service of his cousin, Elder Temple Omezurike Onuoha in Rumueprikom. At the funeral service were other prominent Rivers people which include Rt. Hon. Martin Amaewhule, Speaker, Rivers State House of Assembly, Senator Allwell Onyesoh, Senator George Thompson Sekibo, Senator Olaka Nworgu, Rt. Hon.
