STANLEY OTOMA FUNDS COMMON ENTRANCE FEES,DONATES EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL TO SCHOOL IN IGBUZO

Igbuzo, a community known for its unity and deep-rooted culture of giving back, has once again witnessed another heartwarming display of generosity from one of its illustrious sons. The town, blessed with sons and daughters who always remember home whenever God blesses them, continues to produce selfless philanthropists whose passion is to uplift the next generation. This noble path is Stanley Chukwudumebi Otoma,CEO of One Needs Properties and Construction Ltd, has chosen to follow with unwavering commitment.
In continuation of his long-standing annual educational empowerment programme, Otoma splashed millions of naira on students of Omu Girls Model School 11, Ezukwu, Ibusa, donating a wide range of educational materials, including quality school bags, sandals, customised notebooks, writing materials, and textbooks. The joyous event, held at the school premises, brought smiles to the faces of thousands of pupils.
In addition to the materials, Otoma took a remarkable step further by paying the Common Entrance Examination fees for all Primary Six pupils across Oshimili North Local Government Area, ensuring that no child is denied access to the next phase of their education due to financial constraints.
Speaking during the presentation, Otoma emphasized his firm belief in the transformative power of education, noting that it remains the most valuable pathway to a prosperous society.
“The absence of good education is an invitation to all manners of crimes and underdevelopment,” he said.
“I am glad seeing great children with talents. I see destinies, and it gives me joy adding value to their lives. Children need to be nurtured so they can attain the destinies God has blessed them with.
Otoma, who grew up in similar circumstances, explained that his passion to give back stems from his personal story. He described himself as once being like the children he now supports, and as God lifted him, he vowed never to forget his roots—Igbuzo, a town that raised him.
The students, overwhelmed with joy, sang songs of praise and gratitude, waving their new school items with excitement. Teachers also received financial assistance, a gesture they described as God-sent support to strengthen their efforts in molding lives. Many of them prayed fervently for more blessings upon Otoma.
The event featured colourful cultural displays, drama presentations, and heartfelt tributes. Several dignitaries were in attendance, including aides to the Delta State Governor, business leaders,Media Executives and community stakeholders. They all commended Otoma for his unwavering investment in the future of Oshimili North.
For the Headmistress of the school, Mrs. Blessing Nkechi,expressed deep appreciation on behalf of the school. She was filled with emotion, she thanked the sons and daughters of Ibusa for continually identifying with the institution and prayed for God’s protection over the philanthropist even as she encouraged the pupils to make good use of the items they received.They described him as a “worthy son of the soil whose impact is felt across the local government and beyond,” urging other well-meaning Deltans to emulate his philanthropic spirit.
“We need to keep investing in education. Well-meaning Deltans and Nigerians should remember their roots and give back to society to make it a better place for all.”
With this latest gesture, Comrade Stanley Otoma has not only touched lives but also strengthened the foundation of education in Oshimili North. His benevolence continues to inspire hope, rekindle community spirit, and chart a brighter future for the next generation.
