Francis Ogini, former Vice Chairman, Ika South Local Government Area of Delta state, has described Mr. Chiedu Ebie as an exceptional, rare leader in a class of his own;  untainted by greed, corruption and manipulation that have become the trademark of some politicians. Ogini noted that no politician,  former or present political office holder in the Ika Federal Constituency is comparable to Ebie and his leadership style in terms of people-oriented service delivery.  The former council boss made the remarks recently at Agbor, the council's headquarters during an interactive session with journalists.
