"Two years ago, if we had come to this event, there are some people that will not be here, but today they are here. This means there is a positive step and a sign that truly peace has returned to Rivers State."
He specially thanked the FCT Minister, Chief Nyesom Wike for being instrumental to their emergence as governor and deputy and promised not to take such privilege for granted.
