RIVERS RECONCILIATION: Gov Fubara, Wike Attend Event Together In Port Harcourt

In the spirit of genuine reconciliation and friendship, Governor Siminalayi Fubara  on Saturday, June 28, 2025 joined the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Chief Nyesom Ezenwo Wike at the funeral service of his cousin, Elder Temple Omezurike Onuoha in Rumueprikom.

At the funeral service were other prominent Rivers people which include Rt. Hon. Martin Amaewhule, Speaker, Rivers State House of Assembly, Senator Allwell Onyesoh, Senator George Thompson Sekibo, Senator Olaka Nworgu, Rt. Hon. Chibudom Nwuche, Dr. Sam Sam Jaja and Chief Felix Obuah as well as Senator Mao Ohuabunwa. 

Reception was later held for the guests at the residence of the FCT Minister along Ada-George Road in Rumueprikom, Obio-Akpor Local Government Area.
