CHIEFTAINCY INSTALLATIONS IN ABONNEMA DEPICTS GOD'S LOVE FOR OUR PEOPLE - Dumo Lulu-Briggs

Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs in exercising his traditional obligation as paramount head of the Oruwari Briggs group of War Canoe House of Abonnema, joined the Amayanabo of Abonnema, HRM, King Disrael Gbobo Bobmanuel II, Ekine Gbobo, Owukori IX and the Abonnema council of Chiefs, to add to its tradional Leadership in Abonnema, two Chieftaincy installations. One on the Secretary to the Rivers State Government, Chief Dr Wenike Tammy Danagogo and Chief Kombosiya Obene Sokari Danagogo. 

Without any doubt, it is an agreeable fact that the progress and success of a people lies greatly in the quality or foundation of its leadership. This is because, leadership is about guiding and encouraging people to succeed.
It simply means that, if a people are not well directed, there is every tendency that they will surely fail and be unfruitful. 

It is for this reason Chief Dumo Lulu-Briggs, the Paramount Head of the Oruwari Briggs group of War Canoe House of Abonnema, the Iniikeiroari the VI of Kalabari kingdom has consistently and persistently asked God in prayers to institute a leadership of greatly divine wisdom, knowledge and understanding in the Tradional Chiefs of Abonnema, and grow its leadership strength in numbers. In this and more, God has no doubt showed Himself with positive results


In this regard, Yesterday, the prayer answering God answered again as the Abonnema council of Chiefs strengthened itself with two more installations. 1. Chief Dr Wenike Tammy Danagogo, to head the Tubofia group of house in the Iju Jack compound of Abonnema, and now to be known as, Chief Dr Wenike Tammy Danagogo Standfast Jack, and 2. Chief Kombosia Obene Sokari, installed in the chieftaincy throne of Obene Danagogo. 

According to Opuda Oruwari Dumo Lulu-Briggs, these installations have again brought joy to him, not only because those installed are of great wisdom that will help in bringing successful leadership to Abonnema people, but that it is another proof of answered prayers, evidencing that God is with Akuku-Toru Local Government Area, Abonnema, her people, and indeed the entire Kalabari kingdom. 

He prayed for God's continuous intervention in the affairs of Abonnema, its Traditional leadership and grow them in leadership strength to succeed and never to fail, but remain at the top.

Towards the end of 2023, one favour I asked God to do for us as a people, is for the Oruwari Briggs group of War Canoe House of Abonnema, Abonnema and indeed the entire Kalabari kingdom to be fruitful, united and grow in leadership positions, so that we can be led aright. 

To God be the glory, there have been significant answers to that effect, as the Oruwari Briggs group of War Canoe House and indeed Abonnema have thus far enjoyed unprecedented leadership and traditional leadership positions.

Yesterday, as the Paramount Head of the Oruwari Briggs War Canoe House of Abonnema, I joined the Amayanabo of Abonnema, HRM, King Disrael Gbobo Bob-Manuel II, Ekineye Gbobo Owukori IX, and the entire Abonnema council of Chiefs to add to our Traditional leadership positions on great sons of Abonnema. One on the Secretary to the Rivers State Government, Chief Dr Wenike Tammy Danagogo and Kombosia Obene Sokari Danagogo. 

You know, it is a great thing when you have in your hands evidence of answered prayers. It clearly shows that God still rules in the affairs of men, He still answers prayers, especially when such prayer is in line with His will. In this case, the Peace, Unity and progress for the general good of mankind.
